Instructions
  1. Place the wild rice in the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. Place the chicken thighs on top of the wild rice. No need to defrost first if using frozen chicken thighs.
  3. Sprinkle 1 Tablespoon, or to taste, Clubhouse Montreal Style Chicken Seasoning all over the top of the chicken thighs.
  4. Scatter the diced vegetables all over the chicken thighs.
  5. Add 4 cups of water.
  6. Cover the crock pot and either cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  7. To Serve: Carefully remove the chicken thighs to plates either with tongs or a slotted spoon. With the slotted spoon, remove the vegetables and wild rice and serve on plates.
Recipe Notes

INSTANT CHICKEN SOUP STOCK: Reserve the leftover liquid. When cooled enough, pour the reserved liquid into a quart canning jar. Place a lid and seal on top. You now have some instant chicken soup stock, already seasoned. Either store in the refridgerator, or freezer.
