  1. If you don’t already have 4 cups of stuffing available, prepare a box of instant stuffing before proceeding.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit with the rack in the middle.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the frozen mixed vegetables, diced onion, turkey, and the Cream of Chicken soup. Blend with a wooden spoon.
  4. Spread the mixture in the bottom of a casserole dish.
  5. Put the stuffing on top of the mixture. Lightly pack down.
  6. Place on the center rack of the oven, and bake for 60 minutes until the mixture is hot and the stuffing is crusty and golden.
