Rhubarb BBQ Sauce Chicken Breasts

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place oven rack on the bottom.
  2. Quickly defrost the bone in Chicken Breasts in the microwave if not already defrosted. Or use fresh Chicken Breasts.
  3. Place the Chicken Breasts in the bottom of the roast pan.
  4. Spread about 2 Tablespoons of Rhubarb Low Sugar BBQ Sauce over each Chicken Breast.
  5. Cover the roast pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  6. Remove the lid from the roast pan and continue to bake for another 20-30 minutes. Check after 20 minutes to prevent the BBQ Sauce from burning.
  7. Serve and enjoy with a vegetable or salad of your choice.
Recipe Notes

NOTE: Bone In Chicken Breasts will require more cooking time. So if you are using boneless Chicken Breasts shorten the cooking time to 45 minutes with the lid on and 15-20 minutes with the lid off.
