  1. Pour the wild rice in the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. Add the Vegetable Soup Mix ingredients.
  3. Cut up and add the cooked left over turkey. This is a great way to use up the dark meat, and I even added in some turkey giblets too. No waste.
  4. Finally, add 4 cups of cold water. Using a wire whisk, stir to mix to help dissolve some of the soup mix granules.
  5. Cover, and set the thermostat to high. Cook for 4 hours.
  6. Serve it up and enjoy!
