Instructions
  1. Cut the ends off of the Spaghetti Squash with a sharp knife.
  2. Stand the Spaghetti Squash up on one of the flat ends.
  3. Taking the large sharp knife, slice down the Spaghetti Squash, cutting it in half.
  4. With a spoon, scoop out the seeds.
  5. Place the 2 pieces of Spaghetti Squash, cut side down in the bottom of the crock pot.
  6. Cover the crock pot with the lid. Set the thermostat to low. Cook for 6 hours.
  7. When cooked, remove the squash parts from the crock pot carefully. Place on a plate to cool. When cool enough to handle, use a fork to scrape out the spaghetti squash flesh. Discard the heavy outer skin in the compost bin. Then simply use in your favorite recipe, or use as a side dish.
