Creamy Turkey Broccoli Casserole

Cup-A-Soup Cream of Chicken
Place the broccoli and the mushrooms on the bottom of the crock pot.
In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, cream of chicken soup powder, curry powder and the parmesan cheese. Stir until all combined.
Blend in the Chicken Broth.
Next stir in the 4 cups of cooked, diced turkey.
Transfer the turkey mixture to the crock pot, covering the broccoli and mushrooms.
Sprinkle more parmesan cheese on top if desired.
Cover the crock pot. Set the temperature to high and cook for 4 hours.
Just before serving, stir the broccoli and mushrooms throughout the mixture. Serve up with a salad or vegetable of your choosing.
